Samsung A15 5G

Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has an 8-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, thanks to which the phone can handle all common tasks very smoothly, even games. This is a big improvement over the A13 4G version that had the Samsung Exynos 850 processor. Both models have a high-capacity 5,000 mAh battery. The A13 5G screen is a HD+ LCD panel with 16 million colors and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone’s memory is 4GB RAM and 64GB of mass memory, which can be expanded with a microSD card up to 1TB. The RAM memory can be “expanded” with the RAM Plus function, which reserves a portion of the storage.

In the package there is only a usb c cable included. This Android phone has a cheap plastic case that attracts fingerprints but fits very well in the hand. The fit of the elements is good, nothing creaks, the case seems solid.
At the bottom of the phone is a speaker, USB-C and a headphone output. On the left side there is a microSD and two nano SIM cards slots. On the right side there are the volume keys and power key with fingerprint sensor.

The phone has three cameras on the back, the main 50-megapixel, 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth of field camera. The front camera is 5-megapixel. Despite the 3 cameras, on a daily basis we will only use the main lens with a resolution of 50-megapixel, which gives good photos. High contrast scenes can be difficult because the dynamic range is not a strong point of the camera. Considering the price of the phone, the camera is good.

For cheap phones, you at the very least need a device that can run all of your favorite apps and games without too much stuttering. The Mediatek Dimensity 700 processor inside the Galaxy A13 5G succeeds here. Apps open relatively quickly, switching between them is snappy. The screen is disappointing. It’s a low-res LCD panel with a 90-Hz screen refresh rate. Interacting with the display feels fairly smooth. But if you look closely, things can appear fuzzy. This do not greatly affect experience using the phone, but the poor screen brightness is disadventage. It can be hard to read the screen outdoor in direct sunlight. A fast processor, a sufficient camera, a large battery, a tolerable screen – all these features make the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G a good choice in its price range. I’m sure it will keep most people happy.
